Dear Potential Sponsor:

The board members of the Greenlee Junior Rodeo Series are excited to be holding the 17th Annual Junior Rodeo Series, scheduled to begin on June 1, 2023. This series consists of four rodeos with an awards presentation and dinner sometime after. Youth have an opportunity to participate in seven events ranging from Barrel Racing and Goat Tying to Team Roping.  Each event they enter gives them the chance to earn points.  At the final rodeo all points will be tallied and prizes will be awarded.  All Junior Rodeos are a cash payback basis to the winners of each age group.

In order to make this Junior Rodeo Series a success we are seeking sponsorship for this worthwhile youth activity to purchase prizes. In the past, with the support of people like you, we were able to provide many amazing prizes to each and every participant in the series. The last couple of years every single participant has received a custom GJRS jacket and several other prizes based on their point placings! We have been able to provide saddles, buckles, tack, and much more to the youth in our area! This is huge for these kids and greatly appreciated!

If you would like to be a sponsor, please print our sponsorship form located below.  In return for your sponsorship your name and/or the name of your organization/company will be properly recognized at each Junior Rodeo, in the Copper Era/EA Courier, Greenlee Junior Rodeo Series Facebook page and Junior Rodeo posters and we would love for you to attend our awards ceremony at the end of the season.

The Greenlee County Junior Rodeo Series is a nonprofit corporation with Tax ID# 27-0337394.  Your sponsorship is very important to this event for our youth and we hope you can be a part of it.

Thank you,

Greenlee Junior Rodeo Series Board
